We had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment for some service items and repair after our purchase of a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali. We were told we could drop off our Yukon and be sent home in a loaner vehicle. My wife and kids stayed all afternoon and were told parts would be ordered. This was May 2018. We called back in a couple of weeks and the parts were not ordered yet. Called back in a couple weeks and they were still yet to be ordered. After a couple of calls to Mr. Charlie Jones, we were finally addressed. They sent a driver with a loaner SUV and took our Yukon back to the dealership. Repairs were made in a very reasonable amount of time and the Yukon was returned to us in good shape. I was VERY disappointed, but when we finally got it in the shop, we were satisfied. I too, own/run a business. I understand things fall through the cracks and personnel change and the ball gets dropped. I hope Jones Motors now has these issues addressed. Thanks for the help.
